One controlled system
The commercial arrangement is carried through the physical product: approved packaging, a batch-matched certificate, and a documented dispatch.
Vial, carton and label proof are approved as one system before production begins.
The identifier on the vial follows through to the Certificate of Analysis issued with it.
Only released batches enter fulfilment, and the documentation travels with the goods.

We supply businesses. A VAT number is not needed to enquire, and is needed to order.
It is set per compound rather than per order, because a 1mg vial and a 1500mg vial are not comparable units. We confirm the figure for your specific compounds at the enquiry stage, before you commit to anything.
Yes. Certificates can reference your product name and brand. Distributors who supply onward to their own trade customers usually require this.
Enquiry to specification is normally the same working day. Once label proofs are approved, production takes 7 to 10 days from payment confirmation. Delivery is 5 to 7 days once the batch is released.
The EU and Australia in 5 to 7 days, and the USA in 10 to 12 days on a dedicated line. Elsewhere by quotation.
Usually for a compound they do not carry, or for a second source on the ones you cannot be out of. Terms are agreed per compound, so adding us does not mean moving your existing volume.
Production and handling sit with our supply partner. We are the supplier of record, we hold the commercial relationship, and we provide the batch documentation. The manufacturing site certifications are supplied during onboarding.
